Richard J. Wiet, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Is Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology and Neurosurgery at Northwestern University and Senior Partner, Ear Institute of Chicago, LLC. He is past president of the American Neurotologic Society. Dr. Wiet has been consistently listed in Chicago's Magazine's "Top Doctors" for years. He has been awarded the Patient's Choice Award in 2010 and selected by his peers to be included in the Best Doctors in America 2011-2012 database. He has appointments at Northwestern, Hinsdale and Elmhurst Hospitals. Robert A. Battista, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Joined The Ear Institute of Chicago, LLC in August 1997. He is an Assistant Professor in Clinical Otolaryngology at Northwestern University. Dr. Battista has helped train several physicians in the subspecialty of neurotology. He has published several peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and has been an editor for several books pertaining to the specialty of otology/neurotology. R. Mark Wiet, M.D.

Joined the Ear Institute of Chicago, LLC in November 2008. He is Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at Rush University Medial Center. During his fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Dr. Mark Wiet was the recipient of a European Skull Base Society Fellows Award and an American Neurotology Society Fellows Award. After fellowship, he spent time at the Gruppo Otologico in central Italy, to gain further exposure to the field of skull base surgery. Dr. Mark Wiet divides his time equally between the Ear Institute of Chicago, and Rush University Medical Center.
